GASTRONOMIC Prawns in Classic Black Pepper Sauce 开胃十足的经典黑胡椒虾料理

天气转凉了,来个黑胡椒虾暖暖胃吧。除此之外黑胡椒虾含有低热量、高蛋白。所以多吃不胖,身体也健康。
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 1 kg Prawn 虾
- 50 g Black Pepper (grinded) 黑胡椒粒
- 50 g Ginger 姜末
- 1 tbsp Butter 牛油
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 芝麻油
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil 食油
Seasoning:
- 2 tbsp Oyster 耗油
- 1-2 tsp Salt 盐
Instructions
Preparation:
- Clean prawn intestines. 虾背部剥开,清肠。
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat the pan and pour in cooking oil. 热锅凉油。
- Add in prawn, fry until slightly golden brown and pour into a plate. 放入虾炒至微金黄色。起锅备用。
- Heat the pan and pour in sesame oil. 热锅后放入芝麻油。
- Add in ginger and black pepper and stir it. 倒入姜末和黑胡椒碎爆香。
- After sautéing, add in prawn. 倒入虾继续炒至均匀。
- Once fragrance, add in oyster sauce. 倒入耗油调味再继续翻炒。
- Add in butter, and fry till coating the prawn, turn off the heat to serve. 倒入牛油炒至牛油融化后起锅。
