GASTRONOMIC Prawns in Classic Black Pepper Sauce 开胃十足的经典黑胡椒虾料理

Ingredients:
- 1 kg Prawn 虾
- 50 g Black Pepper (grinded) 黑胡椒粒
- 50 g Ginger 姜末
- 1 tbsp Butter 牛油
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 芝麻油
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil 食油
Seasoning:
- 2 tbsp Oyster 耗油
- 1-2 tsp Salt 盐
Cooking Instructions:
Heat the pan and pour in cooking oil.
热锅凉油。
Add in prawn, fry until slightly golden brown and pour into a plate.
放入虾炒至微金黄色。起锅备用。
Heat the pan and pour in sesame oil.
热锅后放入芝麻油。
Add in ginger and black pepper and stir it.
倒入姜末和黑胡椒碎爆香。
After sautéing, add in prawn.
倒入虾继续炒至均匀。
Once fragrance, add in oyster sauce.
倒入耗油调味再继续翻炒。
Add in butter, and fry till coating the prawn, turn off the heat to serve.
倒入牛油炒至牛油融化后起锅。
