  • 300 g Tenderloin 里脊肉
  • 100 g Capsicum (green) 青椒
  • 100 g Capsicum (red) 红椒
  • 1/2 pcs g Onion 大葱
  • 1 tbsp Starch 淀粉

Seasonings:

  • 6 tbsp Black Peppercorn (grinded) 黑胡椒碎
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce 蚝油
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce 酱油
  • 2 tbsp Chinese Wine 料酒
  • Depends on preference Salt 盐

Instructions
 

Preparation:

  • Cut tenderloin into strips. 猪肉切条状。
  • Put the meat into a bowl, add cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of grinded black peppercorn, starch and a little salt. Grab and pickle for a few minutes. 处理好的肉放入碗中,加入料酒,2汤匙黑胡椒碎,淀粉和少许盐。抓匀腌渍几分钟。
