- 100 g Capsicum (green) 青椒
- 100 g Capsicum (red) 红椒
- 1/2 pcs g Onion 大葱
- 1 tbsp Starch 淀粉
Seasonings:
- 6 tbsp Black Peppercorn (grinded) 黑胡椒碎
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce 蚝油
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce 酱油
- 2 tbsp Chinese Wine 料酒
- Depends on preference Salt 盐
Instructions
Preparation:
- Cut tenderloin into strips. 猪肉切条状。
- Put the meat into a bowl, add cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of grinded black peppercorn, starch and a little salt. Grab and pickle for a few minutes. 处理好的肉放入碗中,加入料酒,2汤匙黑胡椒碎,淀粉和少许盐。抓匀腌渍几分钟。
