Ingredients:
- 1 kg Pork Rib 排骨
- 50 g Black Pepper Corn 黑胡椒粒
- 50 g Garlic 蒜
- 2 l Water 水
Seasoning:
- 1 tbsp Black Soy Sauce 黑酱油
- 1-2 tsp Salt 盐
Instructions
Preparation:
- Wash the pork rib and blanch it in a pot of boiling water. 排骨洗净汆烫沥干后,备用。
Cooking Instructions:
- Add in water to a pot. 倒入水,等至煮沸。
- Add in garlic and black pepper once it boils. 放入黑胡椒粒和蒜。
- Add in pork rib. Add in black soy sauce once it boils. 水煮沸,放入排骨。之后,倒入黑酱油。
- Turn it to medium heat simmer for 90 minutes after it boils. 大火煮沸滚后,调至中火,煮90分钟。
- 5 minutes before turning it off, add in salt. 起锅前加入适量的盐。
