AHMA’s Choy Sam Stewed Pork Bee Hoon in OLD COOKING Style 古早味 – 阿嬷焖菜心扣肉米粉

Today I’m going to share my homemade traditional recipes. Only 5 simple ingredients to make this savoury dish — Stewed Pork Bee Hoon!

Ingredients:
Bee Hoon (rice vermicelli), Canned Stewed Pork, Beansprout, Vegetables, Garlic

1. Soak the bee hoon with cold/ warm water
2. Chopped the garlic and the vegetables into smaller piece
3. Cook the garlic until it starts to smell fragrant, then stir fry with the vegetables.
4.Pour the stewed pork in
5. Add the bee hoon
6. Add 1 table spoon of dark soy sauce and 2 table spoon of light soy sauce. Stir fry until cooked.
7. Lastly, set the dish by garnishing with some beansprouts.

这次跟大家分享的是我小时候家里最爱的菜心扣肉米粉。做法简单,只需要五种材料就可以上桌。

材料: 米粉,罐头扣肉,豆芽,菜心,蒜头

1.米粉泡冷水或温水
2.切碎蒜头,菜心切小段
3.蒜头爆香并加入菜心翻炒
4.倒入罐头扣肉及肉汁
5.加入米粉
6.加入一汤匙黑酱油及两汤匙酱青翻炒均匀
7.最后加入豆芽即可上桌
