GENKI Breakfast! 2 FLAVOURS ORIGINAL Taiwanese Egg Pancake 两种口味 台式元气蛋饼

Today we are going share this quick and fast breakfast recipe to make our own version of Taiwanese egg pancake roll.

Ingredients:
Thin pancake, 2 eggs, ham, lettuce, corn, cheese slice

  1. Beat 2 egg and whip until equally blend.
  2. Pour the egg whip into the pan and fry in medium heat with constant movement.
  3. Add some black pepper for seasoning. After that, cover the egg with the pancake on top.
  4. Flip the pancake to the other side after 30 seconds.
  5. Fry until everything is evenly cooked.
  6. Now, you may add the cooked ham and raw lettuce on the center of the pancake, then spread your favourite condiments (e.g. mayonnaise), after that roll it up to create the filling.

You may try other flavours too like buttered corn!

Tips: Cook the corn with the butter and cheese. (Heat setting 180 for 5 mins using air fryer).

  1. 打散兩顆蛋
  2. 將蛋漿倒入鍋中,中小火搖均勻
  3. 加點胡椒調味後就可以蓋上蛋餅皮 4.30秒後即可翻面煎蛋餅皮
  4. 煎至蛋熟即可
  5. 將火腿及生菜(或者想吃的食材)放在中間,捲起即可食用
