Carrots are rich in vitamin A. Corn is a grain that retains vitamin B and potatoes contain vitamins B1 and B2. Tomatoes and onions are rich in vitamin C. Since the soup contain vitamin ABC, so it is also known as ABC soup. The recipe is quite common in Malaysia not only nutritious for the kids (over than 1 year) but it is helping to improve the immune system especially for children who are sick. 胡萝卜富含维生素A。玉米是颗粒谷物能保留维生素B兼马铃薯含有维生素B1和B2。西红柿和洋葱都富含有维生素C。既然这汤含有维生素ABC, 索性就被简称为ABC汤。 据说,这款汤在马来西亚是非常普遍不是仅仅营养丰富适合小孩子(一岁以上)吃,而是对于感冒生病的小孩提升免疫力系统的。

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 500 g Pork Rib 排骨
  • 1 pcs Potato 马铃薯
  • 1 pcs Onion 大葱
  • 1 pcs Carrot 胡萝卜
  • 1 pcs Corn 玉米
  • 2 pcs Tomato 西红柿
  • 2 l Water 水

Instructions
 

Preparation:

  • Wash the pork tripe and blanch it in a pot of boiling water. 排骨洗净汆烫沥干后,备用。

Cooking Instructions:

  • Add in water to a pot. 等水煮沸。
  • Add in pork rib once it boils. 放入排骨。
  • Add in carrot, potato and corn once it boils. 沸滚后,放入胡萝卜,马铃薯,玉米。
  • Add in onion and tomato once it boils. 再沸滚后,放入大葱和番茄。
  • Turn it to medium heat and simmer for 60 minutes after it boils. 大火煮沸滚后,调至中火,煮一个小时。
