Today I’m going to share a DIY Chinese Spinach dish called Trio Eggs with Chinese Spinach Recipe. It’s easy to learn. Three Kingdom eggs consist of salted eggs, chicken eggs, and preserved eggs.
Ingredients:
Chinese Spinach, Water (half cup)
Trio Eggs (Egg, Salted egg, Century egg)
1. First, beat 2. salted eggs into a bowl, get the egg yolk, and dice it.
2. Peel the century egg and dice it.
3. Beat 2 eggs. Mix together with the salted egg yolk and century egg into a bowl.
4. Add the water and stir evenly.
5. Next, add little oil onto the pan and pour the mixture.
6. Add some cooking rice wine.
7. Set the heat to 180°c for 25 mins.
8. Next, boil the water and add a little salt. Cook the Chinese spinach in a boiling water until soft.

今天我来分享一道自创的三皇气炸料理。简单易学。三皇為鹹蛋,皮蛋,和鸡蛋。
材料
兩顆雞蛋,兩顆鹹鴨蛋,兩顆皮蛋,莧菜,水半碗
1.將鹹鴨蛋打入碗中後,把蛋黃撈起切碎
2.皮蛋切碎
3.將雞蛋,鹹鴨蛋,皮蛋放入碗中
4.加半碗水後攪拌均勻
5.在內鍋中放一點油然後倒入攪拌後的蛋汁
6.加點花雕酒調味
7.放入氣炸鍋,180度火25分鐘
8.熱水加鹽川燙莧菜
9.擺盤後即可上桌
