Ingredients: Luffa Gourds,Clam,Ginger,Goji Berries
Lemon Baked Fish
Ingredients: Batang Fish, Lemon, Mini Tomato, Baby Corn, Bamboo Shoot
Sotong with Water Spinach
Ingredients: Sotong, Water Spinach, Ginger, Small Chillies
1.Put all the ingredients in sequence.
2.Add some salt and pepper.
3.Wrap the ingredients using baking paper.
4.Baked using air fryer. (Heat setting = 180’c for 13 mins)

2.加入鹽及胡椒調味
3.用纸包起
4.放进气炸锅,180度火 13分钟
