Taiwanese Style Braised Pork Recipe
Ingredients: Pork Belly, Garlic, Ginger, Dark Soy Sauce, Salt, Sugar, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cardamom, Clove
1. Cook the sugar until it turned brown colour. Add one bowl of water and mix evenly.
2. Put in the pork belly slice.
3. Add the cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, clove, salt, dark soy sauce and mix evenly.
4. Add the garlic and ginger or add the egg for option.
5. Braise the meat over small heat and the food is ready to eat after 30 mins.
Chinese Crispy Pork Belly Recipe
Ingredients: Pork belly, Salt, Five Spice Powder, White Pepper, Cooking Wine, Light Soy Sauce
1. Add pork belly into the boiling water and cook only the skin.
2. Add five spice powder, white pepper, light soy sauce in the cooking wince and mix evenly.
3. Dip the meat with light soy sauce and avoid the skin if possible.
4. Prick some holes on the skin and covered it with salt.
5. Wrap the meat with aluminium foil except the skin to prevent burnout.
6. Marinate the meat and keep inside the fridge for 1 hour.
7. Next, cook the meat using air fryer and set the heat to 180°c for 20 mins. And turn the heat to 200°c for 15 mins.
8. Rmove the aluminium foil to serve the food!
Honey Pork Belly Recipe
Ingredients: Pork Belly, Garlic, Ginger, Rock Sugar
1. Put pork belly into the cold water. Add ginger slice and cook the water until broiling.
2. Cook the rock sugar over low heat.
3. Dip the pork belly with caramel and add one bowl of water.
4. Add 2 spoon of light soy sauce and 1 spoon of dark soy sauce.
5. Add the garlic.
6. Boil it with medium to small heat for 30 mins.
7. After finish, just cut the meat and the food is ready!

台式滷肉
材料: 五花肉,蒜頭,薑,黑醬油,鹽,白糖,桂皮,八角,小荳蔻,丁香,黑醬油
1.先把白糖加熱融化,變成金黃色後加入一碗的水,攪拌均勻
2.放入切塊的五花肉
3.加入桂皮,八角,小荳蔻,丁香,鹽及黑醬油,攪拌均勻
4.加入蒜頭,薑後,也可以放入水煮蛋
5.小火悶煮30分鐘即可上桌
脆皮燒肉
材料: 五花肉,鹽,五香粉,白胡椒,料酒,醬青
1,在熱水中放入五花肉,煮皮的部分即可
2.將料酒加入五香粉,白胡椒,醬青攪拌均勻
3.將肉切開並沾上醬汁,盡量不要沾到皮的部分
4.在皮上搓洞,並抹上鹽巴
5.用鋁箔紙把肉包起,留下皮的部分,避免烤焦
6.放入冰箱一小時醃製
7.放入氣炸鍋180度火烤20分鐘後,轉200度火烤15分鐘
8.拿出鋁箔紙後即可上桌
蜜汁五花
材料: 五花肉,蒜頭,薑,白糖
1.冷水中放入五花肉並加入薑片煮治水沸騰後取出
2.在鍋中放入冰糖小火煮至溶化
3.將五花肉每一面都沾上焦糖後加入一碗水
4.加入兩湯匙醬青及一湯匙黑醬油
5.放入蒜頭
6.中小火悶煮30分鐘
7.切開後即可上桌
