Mapo Tofu
Ingredients: Tofu, Dried Chillies, Fermented Bean Paste, Minced Meat, Chilli Oil, Mala Sichuan Pepper, Chopped Chillies Pepper Sauce
1.Stir-fry the minced meat with sesame oil.
2.Add bean paste, Mala Sichuan Pepper, chopped chillies pepper sauce and some waters.
3.Add tofu, dried chillies and chilli oil.
4.Cook over low heat for 15mins.
Steamed Tofu with Bean Paste
Ingredients: Fermented Bean Paste, Shrimp, Tofu Puff, Spring Onions, Small Chillies
1.Add bean paste, small chillies, cooking wine and light soy sauce into the shrimp. And stir evenly.
2.Pour the cooked ingredients onto the tofu.
3.Steam for 20mins using low heat.
Tricolor Stuffed Tofu
Ingredients: Minced Meat, Carrot, Green Pepper, Mushroom, Corn Starch, Tofu Puff
1.Marinate the meat with white pepper, light soy sauce, sesame oil, shrimp and corn starch.
2.Marinate for 20mins.
3.Divide the minced meat into 3 portions.
4.Dice the carrot, green pepper and mushroom.
5.Mix all ingredients with the minced meat.
6.Cut a hole on the centre of the tofu puff. And stuff the ingredients.
7.Steam for 20mins using low heat

材料: 肉碎,红萝卜,青椒,香菇,太白粉,豆卜
1.用胡椒,酱青,麻油,虾仁及太白粉腌制肉碎
2.腌制肉碎20分钟
3.将腌好的肉碎分成三份
4.将红萝卜,青椒,香菇切小块
5.混合材料及肉碎
6.豆卜中间切开放入混合好的肉碎
7.小火蒸20分钟
