Nyonya Stewed Pork Ribs
Ingredients: Pork Ribs, Asam Paste, Dried Chillies, Soy Bean Paste, Garlic, Corn Starch
1.Add corn starch into the pork ribs and drain the water after few minutes.
2.Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, follow by the pork ribs and stir-fry.
3.Add soy bean paste and dark soy sauce.
4.Add Asam paste, dried chillies.
5.Cover the pan and simmer over medium heat until the sauce is thickened and fully absorbed into the meat.
Braised Cola Pork Ribs with Lemon
Ingredients: Pork Ribs, Cola Drink, Lemon, Sesame Seeds, Garlic, Corn Starch
1.Add corn starch into the pork ribs and drain the water after few minutes.
2.Add sesame seeds into the heating pan and toast until the colour become brown.
3.Add ginger slices and pork ribs, then stir fry until cooked.
4.Add dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly then set aside.
5.Add garlic and cola drink, then cook until steaming hot. Follow by pork ribs.
6.Simmer over low heat until the sauce is thickened and fully absorbed into the meat.
7. Add lemon juice and sugar
8. Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
Steamed Pork Ribs with Bean Paste
Ingredients: Pork Ribs, Fermented Bean Paste, Small Chillies,Garlic, chamomile, Corn Starch, Light Soy Sauce, Cooking Wine
1.Marinate pork ribs with light soy sauce, cooking wine and corn starch for 20mins.
2.Add bean paste, small chillies, garlic and dried Chamomile into the marinated meat.
3.Steam for 25mins.

材料: 排骨,豆豉,小辣椒,蒜头,洋甘菊,太白粉,酱青,料酒
1.排骨加入酱青,料酒及太白粉腌制20分钟
2.腌制好的排骨加入豆豉,小辣椒,蒜头,洋甘菊
3.蒸25分钟即可
