Chinese Style – Sweet & Sour Prawn Recipes
Ingredients: Prawn, Onion, Tomato, Pineapple, Small Chillies, Corn Starch, Tomato Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Light Soy Sauce
1.Marinate the prawn with salt and pepper for 10mins, then mix evenly with corn starch.
2.Fry the prawn in the heating pan until cooked, then drain up and set aside.
3.Next, stir-fry the onion until fragrant.
4.Add tomato and pineapple, then stir-fry again.
5.Add tomato sauce, chili sauce and light soy sauce for flavouring.
6.Last, add the prawn and stir-fry evenly.
Cereal Butter Prawn Recipes
Ingredients: Prawn, Curry Leaf, Cereal, Garlic, Small Chillies, Sugar, Butter
1.Marinate the prawn with salt and pepper for 10mins, then mix evenly with corn starch.
2.Fry the prawn in the heating pan until cooked, then drain up and set aside.
3.Next, stir-fry the garlic, butter and curry leaf.
4.Add cereal and sugar. Last, add the prawn and stir-fry evenly.
Drunken Prawn Recipes
Ingredients: Prawn, Ginger, Goji Berries, Chicken Essence, Light Soy Sauce, Beer
1.Soak the prawn with beer for 20mins
2.Add the beer and prawn in the heating pan, then cook throughly.
3.Add ginger slice, some water, light soy sauce, chicken essence and goji berries. Last, add the prawn and stir-fry evenly.

材料: 虾,咖喱叶,麦片,蒜头,小辣椒,糖,奶油
1.将虾子用盐跟胡椒腌制10分钟后加入太白粉搅拌
2.热锅后放入虾子,熟了就可以起锅
3.热锅放蒜头 奶油及咖喱叶翻炒
4.加入麦片 糖 ,最后放入虾子 翻炒均匀
醉酒虾
材料: 虾,姜,枸杞,鸡精,酱青,米酒
1.将虾浸泡米酒中20分钟
2.热锅倒入米酒及虾,煮至熟透
3.热锅加入姜丝,少许水,酱青,鸡精,枸杞,最后放入虾翻炒均匀
