Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Ground Ginger 姜末
  • 3 pcs Tomato 番茄
  • 6 qt Eggs 鸡蛋

Seasonings:

  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce 番茄酱
  • 2 tbsp Chili Sauce 辣椒酱
  • 1 tsp White Pepper 胡椒粉
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce 酱青
  • 1 tsp Salt 盐

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat the pan and add in oil. 烧热锅,下油。
  • Add in eggs, fry them until golden brown with a little burnt and crisp, then lift the pan. 倒入鸡蛋,煎至金黄色带点焦酥,然后起锅。
  • Add in the ground ginger and sauté it. 倒入姜末,爆香。
  • Add the tomatoes and fry it until tender. 倒入番茄,炒至变软。
  • Add in tomato sauce, chilli sauce, pepper, soy sauce, salt, and water (appropriate amount). 倒入番茄酱,辣椒酱,胡椒粉,酱青,盐,和水(适量)
  • Add the eggs and stir fry together. 倒入鸡蛋,一起翻炒。
  • After its boil, turn off the gas, it's ready to serve. 大火煮沸后,熄火,起锅,上桌。
